- Customs and Duties

The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.

Returns & Exchanges

■ Order Cancellation or Change (Before Shipment)
    1) Order Cancellation
     If you want to cancel the order before shipment, please contact our Customer Service via email or board as soon as possible.
     An item is eligible for cancellation if:
      -your order is still under “Pending” status (if your order is under “Queued for Shipment” status, the parcel may have been shipped out so it needs to be checked if cancellation is still possible.) or
      -the order is delayed for more than 10 days since payment and you have not received any notification regarding the delay; or
      -the ordered item is out of stock.

    2) Item Exchange
       Item exchange is not available after the order made due to system issue.
       If you want to exchange any item(s) in your order, entire order should be cancelled and you should order again.
       Please contact our Customer Service via email or board as soon as possible.
       Cancellation might be unavailable upto the order status of shipment.

    3) Change of Shipping Address
       Changes to address can only be processed if your order is 'Pending' and not yet shipped.
       Please contact our Customer Service via email or board as soon as possible.

■ Return and Exchange (After receipt)
    1) Returns due to defective item(s) or wrong delivery
       Please contact our Customer Service via email or board within 7 days of receipt.
       Make sure to include the order number, product code or name in your order details, and regarding as below;
        -pictures of the defective item or wrong delivery
        -pictures of item barcode (it is attached on the poly bag of item)
        -pictures of tracking invoices on your parcel (there will be 2 tracking invoices, so please provide the picture of both.)
        -pictures of other item(s) in your parcel
       After our management department checked, our Customer Service representative will contact you for following steps.

       Please be noticed that the following items are not considered defective or wrong delivery;
        - if you ship your item without prior notice.
        - if 7 days have passed since receiving items.
        - if the tags/labels (User guide, boxes, additional items) of the items are damaged.
        - if there is trace of use (applicable to defective items as well).
        - due to threads coming out from massive production, or threads which can be seen.
        - due to stains which can be removed by wet wipes.
        - due to wrinkles created by folding.
        - due to stains or damages caused by customer.
        - if items are washed, altered, or dry-cleaned.

    2) Return due to change of mind/ill-fitting
       Please understand that we do not accept the return and exchange due to change of mind/ill-fitting.
       In any cases, the order is not acceptable to be returned or exchanged after shipment.

    3) Missing items
       If you received your parcel and find any item(s) missing, please contact our Customer Service within 7 days of receipt.
       Please keep all the compartments including packaging. This way we can check for any damages to the parcel or possible repackaging in the course of delivery.
